Our adventure today took us to the beautiful shores of Seneca Lake, where the promise of wine and scenic views awaited. The rolling hills and glistening water set the perfect backdrop as we visited four wineries, each offering its own personality and style. From crisp whites to bold reds, we sipped and savored our way around the lake, enjoying not just the wines but also the stories behind them. The tastings gave us a nice mix—some small and intimate, others a bit more lively—and made for a memorable afternoon.

With our wine adventure complete, we began the drive back. Along the way, we stopped in Geneva for dinner. The town, perched right at the northern tip of Seneca Lake, had just the right cozy atmosphere for a meal after a day of tasting. From there, our route took us through Auburn and the charming village of Skaneateles, where the glow of evening softened the lakefront views.

Finally, we made our way back to Cortland and our Airbnb, winding down from a day filled with good wine, good food, and the timeless beauty of the Finger Lakes.
