A Misty Morning at Niagara Falls

Our day at Niagara Falls began in the best way possible—right in the middle of the action. We hopped on a boat and sailed straight into the roaring heart of the falls. The mist wrapped around us like a cool, damp blanket, and by the time we pulled away, we were equal parts exhilarated and soaked.

From there, we swapped the watery chaos for a bird’s-eye view, climbing aboard the Ferris wheel. As it lifted us high above the city, we caught a sweeping panorama of the falls, the river, and the bustling streets below—a brief but beautiful pause before returning to the lively energy on the ground.

Lucky joined us for a leisurely stroll along the walking path, stopping at various viewpoints to take in the ever-changing angles of the cascades. The air buzzed with the sound of rushing water and the chatter of visitors from all over the world. Eventually, as the sun climbed higher and the crowd swelled, we decided it was time to retreat. The heat was starting to creep in, and Lucky was ready for some shade.

We made our way back to our Airbnb, feeling grateful for the morning’s adventure—soaked shoes, damp hair, and all.
