Today was a day of travel and adjustments. We started the morning by rearranging our luggage to better suit our almost-daily moving in and out of Airbnb’s. After getting everything organized, we hit the road around 10 AM. Our first destination was Red Rock National Park, but unfortunately, the Tesla navigation system led us astray, and we ended up in the middle of nowhere. Frustrated but determined, we decided to continue on to Sedona. The drive was long and included several charging stops, as the car consumed more energy than expected due to the extra weight of our luggage, Lucky, and ourselves. Finally, after a long day of driving, we arrived in Sedona around 6:30 PM. We decided to have dinner at the Sedona Beer Company restaurant, and it turned out to be an excellent choice.

The food was delicious, and the chili was the best I’ve ever had. After dinner, we made our way to our Airbnb near Lake Montezuma.

It was a very small cottage, but it felt cozy and welcoming. Settling in for the night, we looked forward to exploring Sedona and its beautiful surroundings in the coming days.
